Kyriad Hotel Laval - Laval (Mayenne)

The room was modern and clean, with a lovely garden access that was perfect for our dog. Spacious bathroom too!

Good breakfast.

Restaurant had been advertised (which is why we booked). Only when we arrived did we find it was not open at weekends.

The hotel staff were very helpful and the atmosphere generally was very relaxed. My stay there was comfortable and not far from the town centre, representing reasonable value for money.

There were some refurbishments underway in the reception area with several leads hanging loose from the ceiling.

Super comfy bed, lekker clean room, and staff were proper friendly. The setup for my dog was a big plus, and the WiFi was sharp-sharp for my online class. Can't ignore the clean, modern feel of the place. Felt so relaxed!

Had a bit of a hassle with the heating in the room. Got quite warm at night without air con.

Perfect stopover to break our journey to the Vendee. Pleasant and clean and the breakfast was great.

I had a cozy stay, enjoying the lovely clean room and the wonderful garden access, but the breakfast could have been better at that price.

No evening restaurant at weekend.

A convenient stopover on our way south and easy to find, Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and breakfast good. Free parking was useful.

Very disappointing that the reataurant was shut ( on a Friday evening in August) . Because of hotel's edge of town location we couldn't easily walk to a restaurant so had to drive into town and buy food at a supermarket.

The shower was spacious and modern. WiFi was solid for my needs. Breakfast was a treat with fresh croissants and coffee. The bar area was perfect.

Comfortable bed and very clean room. Breakfast options could be better for the price. Not much variety at dinner, disappointing.

Loved this low cost hotel: nice food and really helpful and pleasant staff. The location was magnificent, not far from centre of town as well as the Riverside bars. Found a Catholic church, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

It was clean, friendly staff, nice restaurant,food good, hotel easily accesiable and easy to find.

The breakfast buffet had a solid variety, ensuring you could kickstart your day without a problem. I found the outdoor bar setting quite inviting.

The lack of air conditioning in my room was a real issue during a scorching stay. It hit 34-38 degrees, and it felt stifling. The restaurant gave me smaller portions than expected, and I even found the beef dish I chose practically inedible, although they didn't charge me after I complained. To top it off, I had some trouble with the free wi-fi-it was painfully slow. The hotel's positioning at the extreme southern border of town also meant it required quite a trek to find decent dining options, especially on weekends when the restaurant is closed.

The room was nicely decorated and offered a writing table and coffee. The location was excellent there, on the ring road.
